1st Round SCCC, 14th March - Marshals Needed.

Its that time of year again when the Scottish Cross Country Championship starts to gear up for the first round, the competitors will have been busy fettling their machines for the 1rst round on the 14th March @ Dumbarton.

As ever we need your help to continue to run the best Comp Safari Championship in Scotland, whether an experienced marshal or new to it you will be made most welcome.

Thanks to all the volunteers so far, were working hard to ensure that the first round is a great success. Allot of this is down to you the volunteer marshal, without your help we simply cant run.

If your experienced or not I would welcome your help in running this event. if your experienced then you know whats required, if your not no problem, we will explain whats required and pair you up with experienced marshals. Remember this is one of the few events where you get the opportunity to drive off road for free, simply by helping to run the event.

Not long to go now till this one, the competitors should all have their vehicles all finished  the marshals should all be worrying about what to put in their sandwiches 

Seriously though the weekend is nearly here, I do still need a few more people to help out. Start/finish is a bit thin on help, anyone up for helping to start the competitors and record the the start times, its not a hard job and if we have a few people doing it means we can all have a break every so often and see more of the action.

unfortunately i have to work that day but will try and come for a couple of hours, if needed i could do maybe 2 hours on start/finish, depends on when i get there as i'm woking the afternoon and need to leave at 2ish.
